Refund policy

At Ultimate Wheel & Tire Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Returns

Most new, unused and unmounted products may be returned with 15 days of delivery. 

To qualify for a return, items must: 

  • Not have had tires mounted
  • Not have been installed on a vehicle
  • Be returned in original manufacturer's packaging
  • Include all center caps, hardware, accessories and documentation
  • Be free from scratches, damage and modifications

Products that have been mounted, installed, driven on, or damaged are not eligible for return. 

Fitment Responsibility

We work hard to ensure accurate wheel fitment. 

If you are ensure whether a wheel will fit your vehicle, please contact us before placing your order. 

Returns resulting from incorrect fitment selected by the customer are subject to restocking fees and return shipping charges. 

If we ship the wrong product or make a fitment error, we will correct the issue at no cost to you. 

Restocking Fees

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer.

Special-order, discontinued, or custom drilled or finished wheels may not be eligible for return.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • We shipped the incorrect item
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The product is defective

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

Any shipping damage must be reported with 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

  • The shipping box
  • Packaging materials
  • Product damage
  • Shipping label

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect the carrier claim process. 

Defective Products

Manufacturer defects are covered under each manufacturer's warranty.

If you believe your product is defective, contact us before returning it. We will assist you with the warranty process. 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process. 

Special-order or custom products cannot be cancelled after production has begun.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days after the inspection for your financial institution to post the refund. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

-Mounted wheels

  • Wheels with tires installed
  • Custom drilled or finished wheels
  • Special-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged by misuse or improper installation

Return Authorization Required

Please contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
